Your username is composed as follows: Customer number: First letter of first name + First letter of surname

Example (Customer number: 123456 - Sam Sample): 123456-SS

How do I change my billing address?

If you have rebranded or moved, inform your sales partner.

How do I change my delivery address and/or add a new delivery address?

If you would like to change your delivery address, inform your sales partner.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to addresses inside and outside the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery costs in EU are determined by the value of the goods ordered:

• Orders below 100,- €, delivery charge 22,- €
• Orders over 100,- €, delivery charge 11,- €
